ABV - Alcohol Content

4.8%

The alcohol content or alcohol content expresses the percentage of alcohol in a liquid. In relation to alcoholic beverages, this percentage is expressed in volumetric content measured with the densimeter. The higher or lower caloric dose of drinks is associated with the amount of alcohol and sugars per ml.

BoatBeer has an adequate alcohol content to not be too strong and always maintain control.

IBU - Bitterness

18.6

The bitterness of beer is measured in IBU (International Bitterness Unitis). The higher the IBU, the more bitter the beer.
A refreshing Ale beer with the flavor and aroma of American IPAs.
Boat Beer is a light colored beer, with low alcohol content and just the right amount of bitterness due to the use of two types of hops, one for bitterness and the other for aroma.

EBC - Color

9.9

There are two scales that are used to measure the color of the beverage: a European one, called the European Brewing Convention (EBC), and an American one (SRM), the Standard Reference Method.
The EBC classifies as light beer the color with less than 20 EBC units, and as dark beer the beverage with 20 or more EBC units. This scale can be applied to beer or malt, and is used by Brazilian legislation.

Our BoatBeer has an opaque color and body right to the point, not too strong or too weak.

Drinkabillity

perfect drinkability

In the universe das special beers  There are some criteria and measurement standards to assess the quality of each label. We are talking about Drinkhabillty, a term derived from English composed of two words: drink, which means to drink, and ability, which means skill. But, before any hasty deductions, the term has nothing to do with the ability to drink.

Drinkability is a subjective concept that will measure how much the liquid is drinkable and pleasant. The higher the degree of Drinkability  greater is the satisfaction caused by tasting the beer, which makes it likely to be consumed again. To learn more about visitbeer & beer🇧🇷

But what is an American Blonde Ale?

Double Malt Double Hops

Let's start a brief comparison of Lager beers, which are best known by the term "beer".

The big difference for Lager is the fermentation process. As ale  are beers fromtop fermentation, while as Lagerare oflow fermentation.

This means that revenues from"Ale"undergo a chemical process at a high temperature, relatively — between 15 and 24°C. With this, the yeast comes to the fore in the mixture, which also allows a series of peculiarities to the drink, such as the complexity of its flavor or even a coloring  of the final product.

Our BoatBeer has these exclusive particularities and that makes it unique.

Chalice - Goblet

The famous Cálice or Goblet, as it is called in Belgium, is the most suitable option as they are designed to keep the cream intact, as well as provide greater perception of the fruity aromas present in the exclusive recipe and do not transfer the heat of the hand when heating the beer. Shape variations are found under the names of Bolleke and Trapist, but they all share characteristics such as wide mouths and an elongated little foot.

Planta do Lúpulo

Hop

American Origin

It descends from the crossing of several hops such as H. Mittelfruher, US Tettnanger, EK Golding and others. Extremely citric-fruity aroma reminiscent of grapefruit, lemon and tropical fruits.

Hop pellets (granules) are produced from whole hop cones, dried in an oven, processed in a crusher to form a uniform powder and pressed through a pelletizing die. The oil and plant material content of hop cones is variable, so pellet compression is precisely adjusted to achieve a consistent density that allows for a replicable brewing process, batch after batch. Production processes are designed to protect and preserve hop resins by continuously monitoring temperature and cooling the pellet matrix. The pellets retain all their lupulin and natural cone material and can be used as a full replacement for whole hop cones, with superior durability, requiring less space for storage and easy handling.

In addition to being extremely citric, it gives a fruity aroma reminiscent of: grapefruit, lime, melon, lychee, physalis, mango. This American hop strain comes from crossing several other hops such as Hallertau Mittelfreuh, US, Tettnanger, EK, Goldings.
